Checkout process, step by step:
- Tap Buy Now on the product page to go directly to checkout. Use Add to Cart if you want to combine multiple items from the same seller into one order.
- At the checkout screen, tap your address to verify or edit it.
- Review the shipping option — Shopee displays available couriers with estimated delivery times and the shipping cost in IDR. Cost depends on package weight and distance between the seller’s location and your delivery address.
- Tap the voucher field and select any available seller or platform voucher.
- If you have ShopeeCoin from previous purchases, toggle the coin offset on. Each coin applies as Rp 1 directly off the order total.
- Select your payment method and tap Confirm.
Order confirmation appears in My Orders → To Receive and via push notification and SMS.

Step 5: Track Your Delivery and Use Shopee Guarantee
Track your order in real time under My Orders → To Receive. Shopee Guarantee holds payment to the seller until you tap “Order Received” or the auto-confirmation window closes after delivery. Inspect the package before confirming. If there is a problem, tap Return/Refund — not Order Received.
- Go to Profile → My Orders → To Receive to view active deliveries.
